Set up in 2001, the .NAME generic domain extension is the single TLD meant for personal web pages only. These domains can consist of personal or fictional names, nicknames and/or other titles people are known by. At the beginning, just 3rd-level registrations were possible, so if you planned to register john.doe.name, you were required to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration procedures were loosened and second-level registrations were also allowed. Already taken 3rd-level domains remained running.

Through our company, you can acquire your dot NAME domain for an interval between one and ten years. You will have the chance to update the WHOIS information, to park your domain, to edit Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an active domain to our firm if you have its EPP transfer key from the present registrar firm and we will renew it as soon as the transfer has been completed.
